• Successfully represented consumers in nationwide antitrust class action against international auto parts price-fixing cartel. Class representation resulted in a global settlement of $1.4 Billion.
• Presented regularly to executives, expert witnesses, and attorneys at national conferences on deposition preparation and authored numerous articles on litigation-related topics.
• Worked in close coordination with attorneys from the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General's Office in ShermanAct cases.
